Removed unnecessary detail

A previous editor added about 7 paragraphs worth of detail, all pertaining to the service reroutes during the 1986–2004 track closures for repair work. It is not necessary to chronicle how every station stop is affected every time there is a temporary closure for repairs. With all of that material included in the article, the service diversion swallows the subject. Also, much of the same information is already present on the individual service pages.
